Myera: Calm & Growth is a meditation and personal growth mobile application that provides guided meditations, personal development content, AI-generated personalized recommendations, and progress tracking features. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service, content, or features at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Content Usage and Restrictions

All meditation content, audio recordings, and personal growth materials provided in Myera: Calm & Growth are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, redistribute, or share premium content outside the app. AI-generated content is provided for informational and personal development purposes only and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Myera: Calm & Growth to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon the rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the service; or use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

All content, features, and functionality of Myera: Calm & Growth, including but not limited to meditation audio, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Tapply AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subscriptions and Payments

Termination
