These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Optik - KPSS ALES TUS DUS, developed by Tapply AI. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Optik is an exam preparation mobile application that provides practice questions, quizzes, performance tracking, and study materials for KPSS, ALES, TUS, and DUS exams. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service, content, or features at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Content Usage and Academic Integrity

All exam questions, study materials, and content provided in Optik are for personal study purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or share premium content outside the app. Users are expected to maintain academic integrity and use the app solely for legitimate exam preparation. Any attempt to cheat, share answers, or misuse the platform is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Optik to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon the rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the service; share or distribute exam content; or use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Optik, including but not limited to exam questions, study materials, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Tapply AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Optik, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Optik may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Optik immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected cheating, or content sharing violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Optik is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date exam content, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of questions to actual exams. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Optik will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Turkish law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of Optik after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
